*Young ladies under age 18 must have parental consent via signature on day of class.
Cost: $10 per person (up to 50 participants)
What You’ll Learn:
Real self-defense to protect yourself against assault and sexual assault.
Instructors from Round Rock Krav Maga will teach ladies young and old how to truly protect themselves from attack. The class is physically exhausting and for some, emotionally exhausting as well. But if practiced, it works.
Basic combatives

Basic kicks
- groin
- round
- vertical

Self-defense against:
- chokes (front, back, side)
- being pushed from front back
- chokes against a wall
- head locks (front, side, back)
- hair grabs (front, back)
- wrist grabs
- bear hugs back (arms free, arms caught, being lifted)
- bear hug front (arms free, arms caught, being lifted)
- 11 rape position defenses
About your instructor – Ryan Hardy
- Former college and professional athlete
- Former military pilot
- Flew as a civilian airline and corporate pilot for 20 yrs
- Krav Maga black belt (teaching for 18 years)
- Had as many as 7 teaching locations in the Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock, Pflugerville Lakeway areas (still have one in Round Rock and Marble Falls)
- Also certified in the Israeli black ops hand to hand skills of Haganah

- No short shorts or revealing clothing.
- Be prepared to work hard physically (consult your doctor if you have questions)
- Males not allowed to be present unless assisting instructor with class.
